How booking works
- Pick a package. Full Detail ($180), Signature ($240), or Black Label ($350+). Not sure? See the Full vs Signature comparison or call to talk it through.
- Pick a window. Most appointments slot into a half-day window. Black Label may require a full day.
- Confirm your address. Sylvan Lake or anywhere within 30 km. A $20+ travel fee applies to out-of-town addresses.
- We come to you. Mobile setup arrives with water, power, and equipment. No customer-side hose or outlet required.
What you need to do before the appointment
- Remove valuables (phones, change, sunglasses, important paperwork).
- Clear obvious trash and large items from the cabin and cargo area.
- Leave the keys somewhere accessible — either inside the vehicle (if you'll be home) or in a pre-arranged location.
- Make sure the driveway is accessible — no blocking vehicles, snow piles cleared in winter.
Cancellation and reschedule
Reschedules are free up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a small fee depending on whether the slot can be refilled. If weather makes the driveway unworkable, Clean Cut Auto Care reaches out to reschedule at no charge.
